These Obituary pages will always be a work in progress.  We request and welcome more obituaries of our beloved Deadeyes. See below for details.

Obituaries of the 96th Infantry Deadeyes

Our goal is to preserve all  memories of the Deadeyes of the 96th Divison during WWII. Generations to come will hear stories, read tributes and learn who these amazing soldiers were by seeing these obituaries.

Often the only mention of our brave soldier's great sacrifics in Leyte and Okinawa is a simple line, "He served in the Army during WWII." We know his service was so much more.

We will remember these Deadeyes.

If you have an obituary of a Deadeye, please let us know so we can place it here, with his fellow Deadeyes.
